Sundance Condominiums was developed as a complete façade renovation and modernization project, covering all four elevations of the existing residential building. The design focused on creating a stronger contemporary architectural identity while working carefully with the building’s existing geometry, openings, roof forms, and structural conditions.
The new envelope combines innovative architectural façade materials, including vertical wood-effect cladding, natural stone finishes, architectural metal elements, standing-seam metal roofing, and dark-framed window and balcony components. The material palette was coordinated to introduce warmth, contrast, durability, and a more premium residential character throughout the development.
Our scope extended beyond the visual design of the façades to include material selection, product and finish specifications, colour coordination, façade compositions, application principles, junction development, and relevant material information required to support procurement and construction.
