The design reorganizes the villa around a more coherent relationship between architecture and outdoor living. Building volumes, entrances, pedestrian movement, poolside functions, landscaped zones, and recreational areas were carefully coordinated to create a unified private-resort experience. The renewed façades combine contemporary Mediterranean proportions with large glazed openings, textured finishes, natural materials, and refined architectural detailing.
The garden and pool environment formed an integral part of the architectural concept. New terraces, lounge areas, an outdoor kitchen and bar, landscaped pathways, lighting, planting, and leisure spaces were designed together with the building to establish a complete high-end residential environment with seamless transitions between interior and exterior spaces.
