Karatay Park Residence is a contemporary multi-family residential development designed to create a refined and comfortable urban living environment in Konya. The project combines modern architectural proportions, generous balconies, landscaped surroundings, and a carefully coordinated façade language to give the development a strong and recognizable residential identity.
The architecture is defined by a balanced combination of natural stone accents, warm timber-effect cladding, neutral rendered surfaces, dark architectural framing, and transparent glass balustrades. Horizontal balcony lines and deep roof projections strengthen the overall composition while providing shade, privacy, and a more comfortable relationship between interior living spaces and the exterior.
