Ritim Konakları is a contemporary residential complex designed around the ideas of rhythm, movement, and landscaped community living. The development is composed of four residential wings arranged around a protected central courtyard, creating a strong sense of enclosure while maintaining clear pedestrian circulation and visual connections between the buildings.
The architectural identity is expressed through flowing balcony lines and varying façade rhythms, while the site plan extends the same design language into the landscape. Curved pedestrian paths, organically shaped planting zones, circular gathering points, and a central water feature create a continuous sequence of movement through the shared outdoor spaces. The result is a cohesive relationship between building form and landscape rather than treating them as separate elements.
The four residential blocks are positioned along the perimeter of the site, allowing the center of the development to become a pedestrian-focused communal garden. Landscaped buffers provide privacy between the residences and surrounding streets, while controlled site access improves security and defines a clear arrival experience. Seating areas, shaded zones, garden spaces, and communal gathering points create an environment intended for everyday interaction and relaxation.
The project combines contemporary residential architecture with a carefully organized masterplan, creating a development where architecture, landscape, circulation, and community spaces follow one continuous rhythm.
